Gitlawb is a decentralized Git platform for AI agents — pushed repositories are replicated and propagated across independent nodes, making code hosting censorship-resistant. Around it are an Open Gateway (an LLM router with a single endpoint across models) and Playground, a web coding tool that lets anyone build and deploy apps in plain English.

Onchain Rationale

Code hosting today is a single point of failure — centralized hosts like GitHub can remove repositories without warning under DMCA or government pressure (e.g. Iran, Ukraine). Gitlawb's decentralized node network keeps repositories replicated and available even when a central host takes them down. The project also uses onchain payment rails (x402) and launched a community token.

Traction Description

Grew from zero to roughly 27.9K X followers and around 29K GitHub stars in about three months, fully organic. Ranked #2 on OpenRouter (just below Hermes). Featured in Yahoo News after the decentralized mirror survived a mass DMCA takedown.
